Great breakfast. Excellent location and very comfortable beds

We were told that we had to wait for 2 hours for a room to be assigned even though it was 2:30 pm. After hours of international travel, that is a bit frustrating !

Wonderful

Service was really amazing. Everyone was helpful and kind. Room was very nice and clean, comfortable beds, The location is right at the heart of Sukhumvit and the roof top bar is nice.. The breakfast buffet is impressive

When we checked in with here was some odor of smoking in the room even though it supposed to be no smoking. They didn't have another room available at the time but offered to move us in the afternoon. We decided it's not worth it and after a while the odor went away. The shower drainage was a little slow. The rooftop bar has very nice vibe and good beer selection but the food wasn't good. Better to come after dinner somewhere else.

A two night stay on my way home after a month exploring Thailand.

Beautifully presented hotel with every facility. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Well located if you like busy areas, with lots going on nearby.

Difficult to get to by car if travelling at busier times of day. The final 2km of my journey on a Saturday afternoon took 45 minutes due to the heavy traffic.

Room was spacious and comfortable and staff were courteous.

During booking had mentioned that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. On arrival nothing special was done. Though when we complained about musty smell in room they were good enough to upgrade us to high floor.

I forgot my sandals at the hotel. And the next day I called. I sent an email saying they should lift it. I'm coming to Bangkok and would pick this up. They haven't given me an answer yet, I asked at the hotel. They don't know anything and I don't think that's good, that's not service.

It was a comfortable stay. Can recommend.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, one of the best I've been to, catering to people from all corners of the world. Complaints were taken seriously and fixed at the soonest. My baby is only 15 months old, made a mess at every meal, and they always cleaned up with a smile. We didn't like the baby crib they provided at first, we let them know the next morning and a fresh new crib was there within a few hours. The hotel overall was very family friendly. Good for kids.

We expected a larger room given we opted for a "Business Class" room. We had a baby, who dropped some cracker crumbs, so we asked for a vacuum cleanup (room makeup was done once). It took us a few phone calls to get it done. I'm not sure what the point of "free" access to the Lounge was with the business class room if we have to pay even for a beer there as well.

Overall pretty good, however, an update on training is required by some staff.

The room, bar & pool area were very good. Most staff, reception & housekeeping were pleasant & helpful.

We took advantage of the pool area one afternoon & decided to have a bite to eat at the pool bar. We waited 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Whilst eating we were interrupted twice by staff re: payment (we had paid by credit card, apparently there was an issue). I asked staff to wait until we had finished eating the first time but we were interrupted again. This is not acceptable service in my opinion.

A pleasant hotel atmosphere with delicious restaurants

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the entertainment during New Years was very enjoyable. Additionally, everyone in the staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

Overall, it was truly amazing experience and I would definitely come back

View from the rooms is really spectacular (our room was on 21st floor). Also, breakfast is really good, many hot and cold options. Beds are extra comfortable, it was probably best sleep I had in months. Also, I really enjoys free sauna and steam room.

There is no cold water in the SPA showers, so one can not cool down after the sauna. Also, the pool is nice, but for reason they have planted a lot of plants in front of the glass, so there's almost no view, which one would expect from a rooftop pool. Small thing, but coffee is not great during breakfast.

very comfortable Bed. Amazing Thai massage at the spa. Good facilities in room with kettle etc. Spacious room.

better lighting for make up in the bathroom needed. There was building work happening next door so pool area was not inviting - not the hotels fault.

Not enough staff.

Not enough staff. I asked when the gym opens for an early morning workout. The desk person said 10am. It actually opened much earlier. Screwed up my plan for a work out.

Fabulous hotel I would certainly stay again.

The design of the rooms and the attention do detail in the fitout was excellent. The gym and the buffet breakfast were great. The surrounding area is also has great restaurants.

We returned to the hotel after our initial stay. The next room which was on a lower level was not as good as the first. I think the hotel may have been full. It was dirty and had been knocked around but we were moved to a better room the following day.

The location was spot on.

The location was spot on. Close to the main malls and station.

The whole hotel had a bad odour. We complained but the staff admittedly said they must’ve got used to it as it was difficult to smell it. The room, the hallway and the main lobby had a distinct bad odour. We had to check out after one night and move to another hotel down the road for slightly cheaper and so much better for the money we paid.

Great Staff, good location, fair value, would stay there again.

Good staff, fair location, easy walk to train and shops etc. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Sensible bathroom. I would stay there again when in Bangkok.

Shower has choice of two systems selectable at the tap. Turning on either shower system is fine and all good up until the system you did not select to use starts spitting out cold water onto you while you use the warm water from the system you did select. I assume that was just faulty in my room (1416) but the shower systems are not a particularly good design I think. Honestly though if that is the worst complaint of a "don't like" comment then really it must be a pretty good Hotel.

Nice hotel with very good connection to BTS, Mall and Restaurants

The hotel and the room were very nice in a very good location. The connection to the BTS is perfect. In a few minutes you can walk to a mall and many small restaurants. The staff, especially Mr. Beer, were extremely friendly and helpful. It was always explained everything and also the recommendations (for example Tailor) were very good.

I complained four times my room door and it did not work on the last day. Partly you could open this only with strong pressure, or I almost had to jump against it. The selection at the breakfast buffet (Excecutive Lounge) was very small. Here my expectation was higher.

I have stayed here numerous times and will continue to recommend at this stage.

This is a nice hotel. Can recommend with confidence. Comfortable beds, big rooms and excellent bathrooms.

There are some maintenance issues each time I have stayed here. Examples are, faulty safe, air conditioner thermostat not working correctly. Floating floor creaking and need securing. Water flow from sink tap poor, but flow from bath and shower excellent.
