Very Good

Room was spacious and comfortable and staff were courteous.

During booking had mentioned that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. On arrival nothing special was done. Though when we complained about musty smell in room they were good enough to upgrade us to high floor.

I forgot my sandals at the hotel. And the next day I called. I sent an email saying they should lift it. I'm coming to Bangkok and would pick this up. They haven't given me an answer yet, I asked at the hotel. They don't know anything and I don't think that's good, that's not service.

A two night stay on my way home after a month exploring Thailand.

Beautifully presented hotel with every facility. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Well located if you like busy areas, with lots going on nearby.

Difficult to get to by car if travelling at busier times of day. The final 2km of my journey on a Saturday afternoon took 45 minutes due to the heavy traffic.

We were told that we had to wait for 2 hours for a room to be assigned even though it was 2:30 pm. After hours of international travel, that is a bit frustrating !

Pleasent Stay at BKK

It was great and a pleasure to stay at Radisson blu plaza Bangkok. I have noticed that the location is excellent for my family. All the staff were doing their best to satisfy the consumers. All facilities are excellent such as gym, pool , lets relax massage, restaurant at floor 2 , executive lounge at 29 floor with special thanks to the two ladies. Not to forget the house keeping and concierge team for their job

Beautiful hotel

We have a lovely sized room, high floor- overlooking the city skyline, huge bathroom. It was an amazing stay. It’s not in the city centre so did have to travel into the city but great metro access. Staff were friendly and respectful.

A pleasant hotel atmosphere with delicious restaurants

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the entertainment during New Years was very enjoyable. Additionally, everyone in the staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

Wonderful

Service was really amazing. Everyone was helpful and kind. Room was very nice and clean, comfortable beds, The location is right at the heart of Sukhumvit and the roof top bar is nice.. The breakfast buffet is impressive

When we checked in with here was some odor of smoking in the room even though it supposed to be no smoking. They didn't have another room available at the time but offered to move us in the afternoon. We decided it's not worth it and after a while the odor went away. The shower drainage was a little slow. The rooftop bar has very nice vibe and good beer selection but the food wasn't good. Better to come after dinner somewhere else.

Overall pretty good, however, an update on training is required by some staff.

The room, bar & pool area were very good. Most staff, reception & housekeeping were pleasant & helpful.

We took advantage of the pool area one afternoon & decided to have a bite to eat at the pool bar. We waited 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Whilst eating we were interrupted twice by staff re: payment (we had paid by credit card, apparently there was an issue). I asked staff to wait until we had finished eating the first time but we were interrupted again. This is not acceptable service in my opinion.

It was a comfortable stay. Can recommend.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, one of the best I've been to, catering to people from all corners of the world. Complaints were taken seriously and fixed at the soonest. My baby is only 15 months old, made a mess at every meal, and they always cleaned up with a smile. We didn't like the baby crib they provided at first, we let them know the next morning and a fresh new crib was there within a few hours. The hotel overall was very family friendly. Good for kids.

We expected a larger room given we opted for a "Business Class" room. We had a baby, who dropped some cracker crumbs, so we asked for a vacuum cleanup (room makeup was done once). It took us a few phone calls to get it done. I'm not sure what the point of "free" access to the Lounge was with the business class room if we have to pay even for a beer there as well.

Very good property

I stay here all the time. Great location, good size rooms, great space for meetings too

For some reason there is always one person on reception who is really unfriendly and that always disappoints. On check in the team were so nice and on check out early morning but a simple request to one of the ladies on reception the evening before check out was just poor. Attitude was all wrong

Good but expensive (for some)

Clean and good location.

Other customers got the exact same room for much cheaper. Family bookings will get put on multiple floors and you can't easily access the lifts without manipulating them. Staff didn't seem to understand that we might want to drop off items/luggage with each other. Their suggestion was to go to the ground floor and leave the sleeping child alone in the room.
